Return & Exchange Policy
For returns and exchanges please contact us immediately and send us the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange. Please note the following policies below:
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the invoice date.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached and returned with original invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Shipping on returned merchandise is nonrefundable unless the product is damaged/defective upon arrival or the wrong item was shipped. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- All items that are special ordered for a customer are non refundable.
- You may not return or exchange sale items, jewelry, handbags, or other gift items.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for Jessica's Traveling Boutique to process your credit.

We recommended that you send your package with insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.
Refund Process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Jessica's Traveling Boutique will contact you through email as soon as your credit card has been refunded. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return and exchange policies stated above.
Holiday Return Policy
For holiday gifts jessicastravelingbotique.com offers an extended return policy for all orders placed during November 24, 2008 to December 24, 2008. All orders placed within this timeframe can be returned before January 10, 2008. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags. Please email info@jessicastravelingboutique.com for gift tags on these items. Only these items will be accepted for the extended return period.

Please allow up to 3-5 days to fully process orders.
jessicastravelingboutique.com ships via USPS priority mail. We also offer UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air. Items are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2-3 business days. Please note the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase a Faster Shipping Method at an additional charge.
